Your description should contain:
- Your personal or your company’s background
- Key responsibilities and prerequisites
- Compensation and other perks (if any)
Skills: This is how you get matched with relevant candidates!
- Mention all the hard and soft skills you are looking or in an applicant
Company name: This adds credibility to your post
- If you are hiring for a company, please mention its name
